Participation
We are all involved in our adventure. Everyone has a voice. We give our leaders a mandate to act fast and effectively, but expect them to listen and respect the views of everyone.
Solarcentury endeavours to operate an environment where everyone is encouraged to voice their opinions. However, as with all collections of people this is not always enough. So, every 6 months our Chief Executive oversees a comprehensive consultation with staff, based around an anonymous survey. The results are shared with the team and are taken very seriously. Any areas of poor performance are acted upon with the involvement and full support of the senior management.
We continue to participate in a host of other activities from marching on the US embassy with the Climate Change Coalition to participating in energy forums and discussion groups and actively engaging the government and media.
