MPs urged to support new solar campaign
Earlier today we delivered over five hundred letters, one to every MP, to the Houses of Parliament explaining why we thought they should Support Solar and promote the Feed in Tariff.
We also included a pamphlet with more details on the benefits of solar PV and how it can play a huge part in helping us meet the government’s targets to cut carbon emissions by 2020. These letters were, of course, delivered by the most environmentally friendly means possible: On foot!
The 'We Support Solar' campaign currently has the support of thirty MPs including the major opposition frontbenchers but it's aiming for at least one hundred as soon as possible.
